      The ACRO Accreditation review evaluated various business aspects including equipment, staff, policies, procedures and treatment compared to nationally accepted Radiation Oncology standards. A site visit review examined quality and efficiency of patient care, as well as appropriateness of radiation therapy equipment, professional performance and staffing levels. The reviewers report their findings to the ACRO board for final approval and accreditation. ACRO found Cancer Care Institute to follow all accepted standards of professional practice in radiation oncology and awarded accreditation.
