I took my grandfather here for a hearing aid and was really impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are. Robert and his son are genuinely good people who really care about their clients-- they spent a lot of time with us, were incredibly patient, and made sure my grandfather felt comfortable with his new hearing aid. My grandfather never used his old hearing aids because he couldn't get them to work and he hated how big they were. O'Connor Hearing Aid Center not only made sure he knew how to operate his new hearing aid but the new hearing aid is barely noticeable! I had to look for it to know it was there!

Modest office, but, professional, knows technologies, very up dated. Most of all, they were listeners, heard our complains, and, hardships. They were able to match a product and technology that suited their actual need. They were patient, and, so kind to two difficult, skeptical seniors. The constant followup was such a relief, solved problems before they had a chance to complain. I highly recommend them to anybody.
