This place has so many cars, theyre website is nice looking and has a lot of information about he vehicles. Found a couple vehicles that I thought were worth taking a closer look at. I called and made the appointment to go in and see them, very easy to do as well. We met with Ben who made the transaction run very smoothly. Ben explained everything very well and listened to all of our concerns. He made us feel a lot better and we got a great deal on this car. We are so happy :)

This dealership has a very large selection of cars, we found one in particular that we were interested in and called and spoke to Joe. Joe was very enthusiastic about the car, said it ran great and it was very clean. He was telling the truth! We scheduled a test drive over the phone with Joe and he had everything ready when we got there. The car ran perfectly, sounded great, seemed to be in good working order, no complaints. Joe really made me feel like I was getting a good deal, he took his time explaining the buying process, made me really understand what my obligations would be, and I appreciated all the time it took for him to give me that knowledge. The paperwork was quick and a lot easier after the explanation that joe gave us. I really appreciate his time and effort to get me into this great car.

Amy sold me an awesome truck this past week. I cant say enough good things about this place, they were fast and clean, the test drive went great, the paperwork was quick and easy. I really couldn’t be happier with my truck.

I got a great car from this place and for a pretty good price. my sales person was ben and he was great. He really helped me out a lot. my kid needed a car for school. I honestly didn’t realize how hard it was going to be to compromise with my kid… but that’s another story. We finally compromised when we found a car at this dealership, reliable brand, “cool enough” for my kid, and not too hard on my wallet. Ben was great, got my kid super excited about the car and made the paperwork go by very quickly.

I got a great car from this dealer, it runs great, hasn’t given me any problems, I really couldn’t be happier. I would like to recommend that if you do come to this place to get a car you should talk to Ben, he was great, he was able to address any concerns I had, explained the paperwork process, and made it feel like the deal went quickly.

I am very happy with the car I got from this dealership. I havnt experienced any problems and the staff was so nice. I worked particularly with Paula and she pushed me in the right direction. I came in looking for one car in particular but it was no longer available, Paula showed me an even better option. We test drove it and it was meant to be. The paperwork was quick and sooner than later I was outta there with my car.

I couldn’t wait to buy this car I saw online and amy made it happen. amy really helped me make this car dream come to life and I got a great deal to boot. The car still runs excellent, the making of the deal part was much less painful then I imagined, and I was out of there a lot faster than I expected.

I want to write this review in the hopes that people will come to this place to get a car, if you are in need of a good used car you need to come here first. I went through so much trouble before I got to experience this dealership. The sales staff here are very nice and very honest. They answered all of my questions about the car I was interested in and even let me do a test drive. This car runs great and has such a great price I couldn’t pass it up, and I was so happy to be done with my search.

Paula got me into a very nice truck, it runs great and I was able to get a loan with a very good rate. I was looking for something kind of specific and I found it here. There were actually two that would get the job done. Paula let me test drive both to see which would work better for me, which one I would be more comfortable in. one of them fit like a glove. Paula made everything so easy. I was in and out rather quickly. I have a very good truck now, I have nothing but compliments.

I bought a car from '99 there for $4000. It was a lemon that had an pre-existing issue. The transfer case was almost done and it immediately had problems driving uphill. It didn't have the problem yet driving on flat roads. I immediately called Bay City Motors and they referred me to a repair shop. The replacement of the part will cost $900 and I proposed to pay 50/50. They where prepared to pay $200 only. They promised me they checked the car and there no know problems, so I don't think it's fair. I declined the $200 so I can warn people here. Please let me know if you have any questions.

BAIT and SWITCH, Good Cop/Bad Cop, whatever you want to call it these folks at BAY CITY MOTORS are sleazy scam artists. We spent a couple of hours of our Saturday morning looking over the lot, doing a test drive, and trying to negotiate a deal. Like other posts I have read, there were internet prices that were lower than window stickers. The car we were trying to deal for was quoted at a certain price by the sales rep. We tried to deal with him on that price but instead of working towards a fair deal in the middle somewhere, or even the sales rep saying I can't come down, we got the ultimate slap in the face. The sales rep brought over his slimy little bearded manager that sits in the corner office to tell us that there was a mistake and the dealership's owner wanted $1000 more for that car than the price we started negotiating from! So I said, you mean to tell me that the price we started negotiating from is no longer good? The answer was NO it is not, they actually jacked the price up $1000 right in the middle of negotiations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with BAY CITY MOTOR CROOKS as we did.

THEY REPAIR A CAMSHAFT MARCH 9, 2012. AFTER THAT REPAIR THE ENGINE FAN DIDN'T WORK EXPANSION TANK BLOW UP. THE COOLING SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK. THE ENGINE LIGHT KEEP COMING ON. FRONT END WORK NEED TO BE DONE LIKE BRAKES WHICH THEY TOLD US THAT WAS NEW. I HAD TO TAKE THE MY BMW TO A DEALER SO I CAN GET A DIAGNOSE ON IT BECAUSE THEY WASN'T REPAIRING THE ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. I HAD TO REPLACE A REGUATOR TO DRIVER SIDE WINDOW. THE BMW DEALER CONTACTED JOHN THE MANAGER TO LET HIM KNOW THAT THE REPAIRES ON MY BMW WASN'T DONE BY ME THAT THE REPAIRES WAS NEED BEFORE I PURCHASED THE BMW. MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP SINCE 5/14/2012. THE SOLD ME A BAD WARRENT THAT I DIDN'T AGREE TO THE WARRANT IS BUY AUL POWERTRAIN AND THE PAPER I SIGNED I THOUGHT IT TO BE FOR THE WARRANT FOR RESERVE I SPENT $11,700 (CASH) ON THIS CAR NO WAY IT SHOULD BE IN THIS CONDITION. NOW I DON'T HAVE A CAR BECAUSE BAY CITY MOTORS NELGECTED TO PROFORM A DIAGNOSIS TEST ON THE VECHILE BEFORE SELLING IT AS IS. I GRADAUTE FROM COLLEGE ON MAY 24, 2012 AND I HAVE TO CATCH A BUS AND PLUS I HAVE BONE CANCER AND I FINALLY RECEIVED A SETTLEMENT FOR A LAW FIRM AND TOOK HAVE THE MONEY TO PURCHASE ME A BMW BECAUSE THAT WAS ONE OF MY DREAMS IS TO OWN ME A BMW BEFORE I DIE. I'M PRSENTLY IN STAGE3 OF MY CANCER AND IT'S BEEN A LONG ROAD FOR ME BUT TO GET MY MONEY TOOK BECAUSE A LEMON OF A CAR THATS NOT RIGHT.
