We bought a keyboard here less than a year ago so when it broke, we returned it to the guitar center where they said they'd return it to the manufacturer for us since it was still within warranty. One month later I called to see the status and they told me ooopps....they didn't send it in. It was still packed up in the store. I was stunned. The girl spoke to her manager who said to come in and they'd just replace it with a new one (which the manufacturer had told us they were going to do anyway). So I drove across town to get the keyboard and was told they were indeed NOT going to replace it but just give us a loaner. That we'd have to bring it back when our keyboard was ready. It bothered me that they had me drive in under false pretenses and that they were never going to make this situation right. What a bad business. Customer service clearly lacking here. Once the keyboard thing is done I will never go back.
