MHN partners with a provider network of more than 45,000 licensed practitioners and 1,400 hospitals and care facilities located throughout the United States. It operates full service clinical intake offices in New York, Dallas, and San Rafael and Huntington Beach, Calif. Its workplace solutions range from EAP and behavioral health to integrated disease management and psychiatric disability programs. MHN is certified by the Utilization Review Accreditation Committee and is licensed under the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act as a specialized health care service plan in mental health and chemical dependency. The company is a subsidiary of Health Net, one of the largest publicly traded managed health care companies in the United States.
