Poor customer service. I purchased a $50 gift card for my wife for Christmas. As I walked out of the store my wife called and wanted to give me some hints what she would like. This store wasn't one of her choices so I went back in and ask to return the card and was told they won't accept a gift card return even though I'd just purchased it. They called their corporate office and they said it's on the receipt the it's non- refundable. No where on the receipt does it say it's non-refundable. I pointed the out to the clerk but the response was there's nothing she can do. I've shopped my last at Seagull Book and will post my message and let all my friends I know of the poor experience with Seagull Books.
