This was my first time buying a brand new car, having only bought used cars before, and I was initially terrified. However, Penny made navigating this experience fun and easy. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her customers truly set her apart. She was extremely speedy with her responses, whether through text message or email, even on her off days. Penny listened attentively to my wants and needs, making sure I never felt like just a number or someone she was trying to reach a quota with. Her honesty and transparency were evident in every interaction.
She went the extra mile by having a vehicle brought in and reserved for me, showing her dedication to finding the perfect fit for my needs.
