Owner refuses to give back items. Kept my laptop. States that I never left my laptop. I HAVE A RECEIPT YOU DONKEY! I've reported Mr ARMANDO MARTINEZ to local police already. BUYERS BEWARE!

I left a tv and a laptop with two young men late November 2012.I stopped receireceiving updates on my items late January 2013. I went back and was received by a compleatly new staff that did not speak a word of English. A young man, too young to be working there said that my stuff was moved to a storage. Why? Its been 4 months and now I'm out a TV and A laptop. I've been back everyday and all I see is people taking computer parts and clothing out through the alley. What's going on here? I already called authorities. Do not trust. They even shut down their eBay operation. Very strange very unprofessional. The lady working the front needs an attitude adjustment. I know she cursed at me in Spanish. Thief. Give me my laptop and tv back!

Dealt with these guys daily. Superb technical skills. Great friendly humble guys. Im glad to have met them, can't say the same about the owner. Very unprofessional and rude. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Lacks proper permits and certifications to operate Microsoft product. Unauthorized Dell refurbisher. Deals in hardware yet no A+ certifications. Beware.

I heard about these guys through another computer store I believe it was Caddys Computers. I was told that these guys can repair anything. They where right! My laptop had been through the hands of Staples, BestBuy and my main IT guy. They all said that my Dell was unrepairable and any attempt to repair would run me over $500. These guys gave me a free diagnostic and where able to repair my laptop for $85. These fellas are now my go to guys for all of my repairs and for advise. Real friendly hilghly skilled and highly recomended.

Store is located in a shopping center where mainly all stores sell and repair computers. Great for a consumer but bad for everyone in that area. I walked into 3 computer shops in that shopping center to get a quote for my laptop in need of repair. This store hsd reasonable pricing and it was repaired the same day. I've been back twice ever since and received the same great service. Store could use a make over or better lighting. Was a bit dark and I almost didn't walk in. Glad I did.
