      For the last 12 years I have h...

      For the last 12 years I have had severe low back pain which was not alleviated by many different moadalities. After just a few sessions at La Playa I am pain free and have greatly incresed my strength and flexibility!

      Thank You for having such expertise trainers and such a beautiful space!
