Our goal at SBFitKidz is to educate, motivate, and inspire children to develop a love for sports, physical fitness, and health. Wouldn’t it be great to see all of today’s children enjoying active lifestyles and making healthy choices in the future?We believe that when it comes to sports and physical activity, children should “SEE”Specialize in Experiencing Everything”. Experiencing a little bit of everything gives children the diversity of movement skills they need for growing muscles and brains. Participating in a variety of sports and activities helps prevent boredom, promotes creativity, and boosts self-confidence.We empower children to embrace healthy habits, while having fun and learning fundamental fitness components, athletic skills, and basic nutritional guidelines.At SBFitKidz we provide developmentally appropriate activities for children that are fun and easy to implement at home with friends and family. Make it fun and they will run! Through games and engaging activities, children will learn that there is more to fitness then repetitive exercise routines. It can mean finding a few favorite games and playing them every day.Along with our sports and fitness games, we incorporate nutrition and health concepts so our children SEE the big picture. Many of our games incorporate making healthy choices about portions sizes and food. We also include lessons about the body systems so children leave with a better understanding of one’s wellness. We hope to reach each child’s individual needs while providing a fun, creative, enthusiastic environment for them to enjoy.
