One night in November, I was driving home on the freeway in my eight-month-old Lexus hybrid, hit by a driver, and pushed into the car ahead of me. The driver who hit me took off before we could get any of her information. To say the least, it was a very upsetting situation. The next day (a Saturday) I called Rich Teeple at Car West Auto Body and he took care of everything. He called the AAA representative at the main location and told him I was on my way. Being AAA approved, having someone on site coordinating with my insurance adjustor, and providing Hertz rental cars on site, Car West made a difficult situation as easiest as possible. Throughout the repairs, the Car West team kept me updated on the progress. Rich personally checked in on the car multiple times and made sure everything was going well. Car West repaired my car quicker than they originally estimated. It looked like new when I got it back. Overall I found everyone I interacted with to be very professional & kind.

Had another great experience with Car West Santa Clara. My car got some interior damaged during a camping trip and I told Farmers Ins. that I wanted to go back to Car West. I'm SO glad that I did. I was seen right away by Hector Vasquez and received a friendly haggle free write-up on the damages. They sub-ed out the work to another local quality trim and upholstery shop. I'm pleased with the standard of work the was done and it only took a few days complete the work. I highly recommend this shop if your car gets damaged in any way! Ive been there twice and was helped both times by Hector Vasquez. Great Customer Service! And I couldn't be more please with how nice my car looks!
