Service from JJ Vandongen was very personal and relaxed as always. They provided a loaner car, and finished the service far ahead of schedule. In addition, JJ looked the entire car over with his critical eye and the help of a service tech and identified a couple of areas that might need attention in the future - a great way to make sure I stay ahead of the curve with my beloved CTS-V!

Took our 2012 CTS in for service, oil change. We dropped off the car the night before and the next morning about 11am Tom called to tell me I could pick car up in 30 minutes.
