Horrible service. rude and unprofessional. Asked for a refund and got assaulted instead. NO class when dealing with someone who simply wanted their money back because i wasn't satisfied. Maybe he needs the 50$ that bad. I can get the same tires delivered to my door without hassle. I suggest staying far away from this ma and pa shop as they've forgotten that the customer brings in the money.

I was very happy with the service , I want my car to be lower / change spring for a sport look. They did a good job , on time and very profesional. The people was friendly and helpfull. This is the type of business our community need local owners to keep the money in our city.I will go back.

About the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to repair a rim some time ago, and I took the car in and they had it for an entire day. At the end of the day, I was informed the work wasn't yet completed, so I suggested that they just keep the wheel, and put the spare on for a few days. They wouldn't do that, nor would they keep the car. Oddly, they didn't take money that day. Later, when I repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment to complete the work, they could never find a time for me. They did not once call me. On the third attempt, after being treated rudely, I was so frustrated that, instead of being rude, I hung up. He immediately called me back and YELLED at me for hanging up on him. They never finished the work -- at least they didn't get any money, either.This is what happens when there's no other competition in town -- the worst customer service eperience I've had in years.
