The dental techs are awesome and so is Dr Ouellet; however, good luck making it in to an appointment. On two occasions, they canceled the day before the appointment. One of those times, they decided to call my husband and let him know. They refused to take my number from him. My husband and I are currently separated and apparently, they called and text his phone to remind me and the kids of our appointments. Needless to say, I didn't get them. Now I owe money for the missed appointment. Will not go back.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Ouellet for 20 years and we have always been satisfied with the quality of dental work and friendly service from Dr. Ouellet and his staff. From oral procedures to educational information with our overall oral health we have always been completely happy. We trust and are completely comfortable in their care. We would highly recommend their service. Oh yes, and you have to give the whitening program a try for a really bright smile!

This is "THE BEST" dental office EVER! Dr. Ouellet and his staff are wonderful...it is like walking into the happiest place! Dr. Ouellet has expertise byond anyone I have ever seen (and I have had extensive dental services) and he has a vision to take his profession to the next level. He clearly is well beyond the average dentist, always looking for a better way and keeping up with the newest technology. I initially consulted with him for lumineers, which I have and they have given me the confident of a pretty smile once again! I also consulted with him on a sleep apnea/snoring issue that left me tired and irritable most of time time. After completing a sleep study through his office I was fitted with an appliance that has all but eliminated this issue. I sleep better than I have in years, I am happier, less tired and my husband and dogs all love me once again! Dr. Ouellet, his wonderful staff give their best for your treatment and genuinely care about you! I love them!

Dr. Ouellet and staff are all highly trained and are the best in town, if you ask me! I refer many friends and family to Dr. Ouellet - he's taken good care of all! My experience before Pacific Coast Smiles was frightening - but Dr. Ouellet has a way of keeping everything calm - he explains every procedure in depth to me, which keeps me at ease! If you're looking to just 'take the minimum care' or go all out with Lumineers, he's the BEST! I hear they also help people with sleep apnea, and are getting great results - now that's being highly trained! They can also make 'one day crowns' because they have an on-site lab! Go get a tour of their office (they give tours to new patients) and see how you feel - you will be back!

There are television sets to watch your favorite channel. Their office has heated, and vibrating chairs - I know that sounds crazy, but I love that aspect! There are 'smile' statements on the walls of each operatory. They offer me bottled water, and heated, scented pillows each time I go in. Dr. Ouellet did my Lumineers years ago, and I have referred many of my friends and family for the same procedure. With two dentists they are open Monday through Friday, which most dental offices are not open Friday. The best thing about this office is Dr. Ouellet. He has been around since - my guess is the mid-'80's, and he's SO knowledgeable and kind. He's gotta be the kindest doctor I've ever met! The staff has been trained and they are very thorough; he found things I didn't disclose (like my frequent headaches!) I love this place!

Lots of cutting edge technology in this office! This is a must-visit place if you're new in town, or looking for a new dentist. Dr. Ouellet and office staff stay updated on new procedures and technology. I've been a patient for years and have enjoyed seeing the practice grow!

Dr. Ouellet has taken care of my family's teeth for many years. The staff and two doctors are always friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and they do their best to accommodate my family's schedules.

Best dental office ever! My family drives 4 hours one way to see the staff for Dr. Ouellet. They are always warm and accommodating. My 11 year old son had a "scary" experience with a prior Dentist, but now he has braces! Wow :)

The dentistry is fantastic, Dr. Ouellet is pretty famous for being one of the most top-notch Lumineers dentist in the world (he has been placing Lumineers for over 24 years) and teaches other dentists how to place them on the weekends. Love the new office, and the staff is great!!!
