I had the most horrific experience of my life. Long story short, I got 2 molars pulled that had swollen nerves without being numb, im not kidding or being dramatic. Because I had an infection in my root it was counteracting the numbing agent & the dentist was so rude, aggressive & unsympathetic. He refused to stop when I told him I was in so much pain, and clearly shaking and crying and didnt offer any other numbing solution. It was like being a vet clinic getting my teeth worked on. He never once apologized or asked if I was ok. Just said, well, your going to remember me for better or for worse and then left the room when he was finsihed. They didnt send over the correct antibiotic prescription to the pharmacy for me to pick up. I was in so much pain & so upset for the next few days and am still sore. I seriously cant even imagine going anywhere near that office again & im reporting them to some type of better business bureau for malpractice. For your own sake- find another office
