We are a Real Estate Crowdfunding company that provides accredited investors the opportunity to invest in Commercial and Self-Storage properties nationwide. We think that relying on property values to continue to increase is extremely risky, so we make sure that the properties we invest in are generating positive income from day one. This allows us to generate strong returns for our investors, regardless of whether the market is up or down. Our mission is to provide the opportunity for anyone to passively invest in high quality, cash-flowing real estate and self-storage properties without requiring substantial amounts of capital.
