My mother went to this facility for some rehab after having hip surgery. I can't express enough how happy we all were with the level of care she received. It's a smaller facility where "everyone knows your name". The therapy team all gave her one-on-one attention and really helped motivate her to get her back on her feet and come home. I don't know why this place is not rated 5 stars- I think it's because some of the building needs updating. It's certainly not due to the staff and nursing issues. And, they are updating the facility and it looks great! I know my mother was in good hands (literally) and everyone there became her family away from home!
