First off, I want to point out that the other 4-5 star reviews are all from the same time period in March 2010. They are within 5 days of each other and all in what sounds like broken English. Clearly these people have tried to boost their star rating on the interwebs. Take those out and what's the average?



Let me get to the point, though. This place is awful. They have a mentally challenged woman working there, which I believe is the daughter of one of the owners. I have a bleeding heart for that, but when I pay for a pedicure, I don't expect my technician to tickle my feet with her bare hands while giggling after noticing how ticklish and uncomfortable I was with the pumice stone. Not ok. Very awkward.



She couldn't finish painting my toenails because the polish was "too hard to work with" as it was down to the last 1/4 bottle. Isn't this where you add some acetone, shake it, and call it a day? Thins right out and it's completely usable. Or, maybe keep your polishes up to date? Have me pick a different color? There are SO many solutions to this problem.



After the pedicure took a full 45 minutes, I got my manicure started. Meanwhile, my girlfriend was already having her nails dried up front even though she had the same services as me.



The manicure, which was performed by the third technician of the day, was terrible. She sat down, started filing my nails, and then disappeared for five minutes. Seriously? When she actually did my nails, I had to ask her to go back because she missed spots with the BASE coat. Then with the color I had to have her go back over 3 nails. The lighting was so bad those were the only mistakes I could see. When I got outside I noticed it looked like a seven year old painted my nails. Thick spots in some places, thin spots in others. The color was totally uneven. I ended up going back in and asking for my money back, which they gave me a hard time for and ended up only refunding my manicure.



The kicker? When we went back in to get my money back, they told us that we stole something. Turns out my friend grabbed all my stuff and the mentally challenged woman had put her Coach purse with my stuff, so my friend thought it was mine. We realized what was going on, and obviously returned it immediately. Honest mistake. But these people were so rude and awful about it.



I'd never go back.

I had a fabulous time at this new spa that I just found. I did a great job on spa pedicure and spa manicure. After I got it done my feet feel so good and my skin are so smooth with nice polish. It was a great experience for me at this spa. I think it's best place I've ever been.

I've been to this huge spa for couple of times and I like it. I had my back wax and massage, they are so great, so professional at the service. They took their time and very friendly. I usually go back there for the wax and masssage every three weeks to relax and enjoy the warm atmosphere.

Its the best spa i never been in. They are so clean ad well sanitize. I visite there every three weeks to get my gel nails and the nails actually last me three weeks, no lifting, no chipping and color still looks nice even though my nails grew out so long. To me its a number one place to get pamper as well. Highly recommend!

My first time at the spa, I love it. I had my eyebrow wax and manicure and pedicure it was so great. My eyebrows look so great they fixed it so evenly. They took there time and pamper me for the whole time. I felt so comforable and relaxing... They are clean everything was sanitize.. Very professional.

I've been comming to this spa all the times. Each time I'm there everyone in the spa was so nice and friendly. They took there time to the service. I had a good services every time I'm there. I love the place so clean and huge.

Me and my mother are long time customers of this large and popular growing nails and spa chain. The best time to go is when you have an appointment because you get that little bit of special attention. They do fabulous nails and are wonderful with customer assistance. The only bad side about this place is that they are fairly expensive me and my mother go and for a gel fill its 97 dollars. So its like 45-50 dollars for a gel fill but trust me its worth it. They do great work and have other locations. So dont knock Garden Nail & Spa until to try them.

Agree With Other Reviewer. Not Worth The Money, A Spa Pedicure Says 55 Minutes Or Something In There Service Menu, 15 Minutes Isnt Worth It. Also, My French Manicure Was Crooked And They Tried To Change Me For White Tips And I Got A Fill! Wouldnt Go Back...
