The sales experience was great - got the same Italian schoomzer (Auggie) for a salesman. Nice guy, but when it comes down to whats important, he acts like he doesnt know. The car we bought was used, and had a couple minor issues with it that took them forever to fix - in fact they're still not completely fixed. It took them 3 months to get me my license plates, and they charged me over $200 for that "privilege" - yet they sent me my plates with expired registration, so I still have to pay for that. If you decide on a vehicle from them, get EVERYTHING in writing, and double check every charge. Any concern you have, get them to indicate they will fix it in writing, because as nice as they appear, they will immediately go back on their word.
