      Cardiac ablation

      Dr. Zawaneh performed a Cardiac Ablation on my heart in 2014, up until that time I had severe Atrial fibulation and Atrial flutter. Dr. Zawaneh is very knowledgeable and is a true professional who has a care for his patients that is genuine. He explains and educates his patients on any procedure that he does, and since he did my surgery, I have had no episodes of A-fib or A-flutter. I would highly recommend Dr. Zawaneh to anyone.       A native Floridian, Dr. Zawaneh is attracted to the challenges and intricacies of electrophysiology, "Electrophysiology is a constantly evolving and challenging field. It allows me not only to personally care for my patients, but also aspire to make a positive difference in the quality of their lives." After attending University of Florida Medical School, Dr. Zawaneh's path led him first to Cleveland's Case Western University Hospital and then The Cleveland Clinic where he was a resident and fellow. It was in Cleveland that Dr. Zawaneh's abilities and demeanor with patients came to the attention of AAC, where in the summer of 2010, he joined the AAC team. Dr. Zawaneh is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease and the American Board of Internal Medicine in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
