      I really liked the selection of glasses at this location. I used my insurance but still ended up paying more than $500 for progressives. The customer service was initially ok upfront but when I came back THE VERY NEXT DAY because the prescription was incorrect, Tory, the office manager was anything but cordial. She kept insisting that they did everything right implying I was going to have to live with it. I told her that I wasn't able to see and only took them home on advice from her colleague. She said she was certain that the Optometrist wouldn't see me that day. It actually felt like she was challenging me. As it turned out, the lenses were created incorrectly but she was still non-accomodating. It's a shame because the rest of the staff was professional but she soured the entire experience. I also work in customer service and would always go out of my way to make sure the customer was satisfied. Not the case here.
