However good the food may be, it cannot make up for the horrible customer service. My sister has Celiac's disease so she ordered the gluten free pizza. When her order came out the waitress reassured her it was gluten free. A few minutes later the waitress comes back and says that the pizza is actually not gf, after my sister had already had a few bites. When I asked to speak to the manager about the incident, they said the manager was too busy to speak to me. If Cafe Flora wants to advertise that they serve gf, their staff should be more educated about the issue and more understanding when a mistake has been made, especially when a customer's health is at risk.

I'm a vegetarian and my husband is a carnivore. I had to drag him the first time we went to Cafe Flora. Now we go weekly - and it's our favorite restaurant in Seattle. The food is spectacular, the service is wonderful, and the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. They also have the best caesar salad I've tried.
