Founded in 1947, National Securities Corporation has registered representatives located throughout the United States, and has evolved into one of the country's largest independent broker-dealers. Currently, it has over 350 brokers that operate in more than 50 locations throughout the United States. Cash management products and insurance products, as well as asset management, research and investment-banking services are all available to National Securities' representatives and their clients, both domestic and foreign. National Securities Corporation is headquartered in Seattle, Wash., but has another major office in New York City. Its New York office engages in principal and agency trading of fixed income products, listed securities and over-the-counter securities for institutional clients, proprietary trading and retail brokerage.
