I brought my car down there to do a diagnostic on my stereo because it sounded awful. they were very profressional and made the sound in my car crystal clear. They definitly know what there doing over there

Did the same thing to me and installed used parts on my power windows.

Did same thing to me. Installed used power window motors. I paid for new and I found out it was old parts when it broke and had to take door apart to get window up. Bad business!

Hi Ginny. The only reason why I didn't pay your bill is because you took advantage and overcharged me when I could get the same thing for $25.00. Good luck in the future robbing people. And as for a businessman I must be doing something right to be here for over twenty years.

Gene is a bad business man! He won't even pay a $75 bill that he has owed for over a year. How can you own and operate a business like that! I have no respect for him. If my $75 invoice is too much trouble for him to pay, the business is in some kind of trouble, or Gene is just mean. I am going with Gene is just mean!

The only reason I didn't pay your invoice is because your product was horrible. You overcharged me for something I could get for $25.00. Maybe you were giving kick backs to one of my employees.

OMG! Did anyone REALLY read this perosn Jessica's review? I had to jump in and defend these guys. I was coming out of my skin. I've been coming to Jazz since I was 18. I know the installers (all great guys working there forever)

So, this lady brings in HER own equipment from God knows where... asks Jazz to install her garbage and then complanis that the wires weren't hidden and the DVD's weren't playing together. Did she ever tell the sales guy she wanted them to play together? Let's get all the facts here.

On top of it she asks the installer to "show her how to use HER OWN EQUIPMENT. hahaha That's what the manual is for but people these days are just too lazy to actually sit down and read it. (Did she even HAVE a manual?) And for the cruel reference made to the installer with that was missing 2 teeth... you know, man that "looked like he was picked up on the corner" who are you to pass judgement? Are you a perfect 10? I definitely don't think so. I would love to see what this woman looks like. I know the installer she is talking about...this installer did several of my installations for my whole family. He does has over 30 years experience and happens to be a lovely man. He has a bed ridden wife whom he takes care of in between a working a full time job. The hospital bills take most of his salary. I'm sure he would LOVE to get his two missing teeth replaced but I'm guessing he would rather spend the money keeping his wife alive. I don't know, what do you think? She states "Why should I have to tell him how I wanted my dvd's done" LOL!!! Why you ask JESSICA? Because they aren't mind readers that's why. This lady is just a mean complaining witch with nothing else to do... Get a hobby woman. These guys are great and I can't defend them enough. Yea, such a horrible place... hmmm.. that is probably why they have been in business for over 20 years...

Be fore warned if you choose to go here. Mike the "manager" is great over the phone. I called an hour before I went in and the price changed within the hour. I have dual headrest DVD players "installed". This disgusting place took advantage of me because I was there with my 2 small children. He quoted me one price. WHen I got there with my own equipment the price jumped $100. He said it was because they were the "big" ones and claimed I never told him. Interesting because he actually got me a price several days before on the identical equipment.

The installation was appalling. When the car was done I was loading my children into their car seats and asked if they could show me how to work it. What a joke!!! The installer (a man with no teeth that looked like he was picked up on the corner) had no idea other than to turn it on. The units were supposed to play individual movies or the same. They did not hook up the wire to allow my children to see the same movie. When I asked for mike he actually had the audacity to tell me "you didn't tell me you wanted them to work that way" Are you kidding!!!!!!! Of course I did. Either way why should I have to tell him that! He is the so called professional. He told me to come back another time after being there 3 hours already. When I got home I inspected the car further only to find huge clump of wires on the floor toward the back of the drivers seat. They was also a wire on the floor going from the drivers seat to the passenger seat. When I called about the wires within an hour of returning home I Mike said"well if you wanted the wires hidden, I would have had to cut the carpet. Did you want me to do that?" My answer was yes I wanted them installed! Interesting that the carpets never needed to be cut. He just did a bad job. (I have pictures to prove this terrible work)

The amazing thing is when my husband got home from work. my son (6 years old) proceeded to tell him that the man at the dvd store yelled at mommy. Nice right. Note that i am not a pushover and had my boys not been there he would have heard a lot more. This place is a disgusting business that preys on women being nieve or so they think. I kept telling Mike that I am not who he thinks I am. I am a highly educated woman who will not be taken advantage of. I have pictures to prove this horrible installation and would be happy to send them to anyone that wants to see them. This place should not be allowed to be in business. I believe that if my husband had taken the car in it would have been done correctly. In addition, If I had bought the dvd player from him he would have done it right. I took the car to another place and they fixed the issues in under 30 min. Can you believe it was just one wire that should have been connected? They could have hooked them up and hid the wires. I believe that "Mike" told the installer with 30 years experience (yeah right) to do a fast job. It could have and should have been done right without any issues. I would never go back and will shout from the rooftops to anyone that will listen that this place sucks!!! If you choose to go there do so at your own risk. Lesson learned for me.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER(NOT A FORMER EMPLOYEE)

I purchased a radio from Jazz Audio and went back the same day not satisfied. The manager Mike said he wanted to make me happy. Went back 5 days later still not happy to possibly get another radio and was told that I would have to pay $75 + the cost of the radio,but he would work with me. (not) After I had said that his competitor down the street (which did not talk trash about them) said that the radio should be traded out for $000. Now Mike said for $100 he would take out the radio and give me another.This is not customer satisfaction

If you want your audio install or alarm done correctly, this is NOT the place to go. Everything is rushed and not done the way they say it will be. They installed my first audio system, after a while I started to get into doing my own installs. When I took off my door panels, it revealed the mess that they left, everything was done the cheapest and quickest way possible.
