General Info

This office was started during 1996, and is now serving over 1,000 court documents per year from all over the country. The Precinct Commander has been conducting formal court ordered Evictions for over 39 years (since 1972). We have never lost a challenge on service of process, or an Eviction Order in any court, at any time. EVICTION CASES: All Unlawful Detainers, and Writ of Restitutions (formal set out of personal property) are conducted within hours after the court issues the order. We conduct over 300 to 500 Evictions each year.

LEGAL HOTSHOT SERVICE: This is the transporting of court cases, copies of court cases, and/or court evidence/exhibits from one Law Firm to another, from one state to another, where counsel, and co-counsel are miles apart. We keep the chain of custody (civil or criminal) short, under security, and kept confidential. The Flat Rate is controlled by the distance from Mobile, Alabama to all the destination locations. Speed of the ground service is up to 750 miles per day. Weight Limit of 200 pounds is requested. A 24 Hour Notice is requested for long trips prior to pick-up, and 24 Hour telephone communication with the driver is offered while the documents are enroute. A short notice on a short trip (less than 50 miles one way) is permitted.
