He came out for an estimate the same day I called. Provided all the drawings needed for the septic system permits for the county. Passed the health department inspection and even helped with some small projects on the farm with his backhoe. Some miscommunication with him about the scope of the job, but was cleared up easily. Overall excellent contractor, stayed in communication and got on with the job at hand. Experience sure does count, a real artist with his machine...

Mr. Nava is very prompt and reliable. I must have called a dozen other companies who told me they'd call me back and never did before I came across this one. Mr. Nava drove out to my house in Brownsville from Alamo just to give me an estimate on repairs for my failing septic system, then came out on the weekend to fix the system. He seems like a very honest & hard working guy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of septic system installation or repair. His price is very reasonable as well!

After calling around trying to find a company to install new septic system in a new construction site and not finding any except Caballero Septic ... Which they never kept their appointments to see the job site. I ran across Mr. Nava's company. He was out there within a day and did a great job!
