Associated Audiologists Loved it Dr Susan Smittkamp was very helpful and talked me through issues and next steps for help. Refreshing considering the doctors I've seen for FQ toxicity are still in denial that fluoroquinolone antibiotics could cause such problems like tinnitus and hyperacusis, in fact I've had a couple of doctors simply tell me there was no way the antibiotic would cause these symptoms and ignored my concerns. Of course thanks to more media and research they have been proven wrong. Dr Smittkamp was genuinely concerned with my health and well being, listened and I would highly recommend.

I always have a good experience at Associated Audiologists. It is not like some offices where you wait forever to be seen, then again in another office. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone I know in need of hearing tests and devices.

The staff is professional and caring. As an older person no one wants to have to "submit to hearing aids", but everyone in the practice is there to help you to more enjoy life.
