The company s flagship product The Physicians Paperless Office is offered as a system for general physician groups, as well as systems designed specifically for chiropractic and physical therapy groups. The software allows access to patient charts, medications, clinical and hospital information and prescriptions, all in a paperless environment. A user can view, print, e-mail and fax any information at any time from anywhere, including home or while traveling. CSC also offers a patient appointments scheduler, which is a graphical presentation of appointments by practitioner. The company developed a template builder software system, similar to a word processor, which allows a user to easily create documents that are of a repetitive nature. Founded in 1981, CSC is located in Trumbull, Conn.
