I am so disappointed by Macy's customer service. They have no remorse for people what so ever. I'm a 24 year old single woman working minimum wage. I worked over a year to save up everything I could to buy my mom a gift. And I feel like my hard work has gone down the drain!! There is no fairness what so ever with Macy's. I spent over $4,100 to buy my mom a diamond tennis bracelet. My first thought is to go to Macy's because I know I'll get my moneys worth. But NOO! They are THIEVES after 3 months the bracelet looks so dull, it totally lost its shine. I went ahead and compared older jewelry that hasn't been polished/ cleaned for over a year. And the older jewelry looked newer than the bracelet I bought. I went to the store and explained to them what happened. But no one wanted to help. I spoke to the manager of the jewelry department, and the store manager and they had no sympathy what so ever. I am even willing to meet them in the middle and just get store credit! Its such a shame that I had to experience this and lose all this money, after all my hard work and thinking I can trust Macy's products. My family and I have been such loyal customers to Macy's all these years. I would advise anyone who intends to buy jewelry at Macy's to NOT buy anything from them. Unless you want to buy POOR QUALITY JEWELRY for high ticket prices.
