Was referred to this dr. Called to make appt was told in staff meeting will call me back.....next day still no call. I called again said they were switching to paperless will call me back later that day.... Next day still no call.... Called again, told DR COTTERS rep out for the day will call me tomorrow.... Next day STILL NO CALL. Called again today and was told rep out at this time leave name and # and they will call me back!!!!!! Guess what???? STILL NO CALL. THIS DR SUCKS! Maybe if I was DEAD I could get an appt!!!
