TERRIBLE service. Why a package coming from FL to CT has to be directed thru Shrewsbury is beyond me, Nobody has a good word to say about service from this hub. A package due on Friday March 9 - has yet to arrive & today is the 12th. My tracking app says weather delay but we haven't had bad weather since last Wednesday, the 7th. WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?????
We have packages delivered to our home all the time from Amazon or they bring it to the post office which is 2 houses away - but today for some reason - the driver could not find the house or post office. The service with delivery has not been too bad with UPS but this is just not acceptable. Fed Ex is horrible getting packages to us but now is Fed Ex following in suit??? We need this by Thursday and hoping they are received in time.
I am so tired of the UPS service that I receive!! These people are getting paid well to do a job that they do not do ...My package was thrown in the snow not brought to my door in my top driveway where it would not have been found if my husband did not see it delivered!! I am ready to get a lawyer because this is terrible it is not customer service and even when we file a complaint nothen is done! I am so nervous about my other packages we are expecting this week I am ready to video this driver and place a complaint in the courts!! BRING MY PACKAGES TO MY DOOR !!

Actually I would give a minus 1 star, but it is not an option. I have been given the run around, I am firing UPS now. They will not tell me anything without a tracking #. Fired!

Horrible company for shipments. Ordered products to be delivered overnight. Ups driver showed up next day saying he had two packages to be delivered but could only find one. According to their tracking system says they came back later but no one was around (guessing that was when they got down to an empty truck and had a package they didn't care to look for) But good news is since I needed it overnight that I could go there to center to pick it up. Ohh wait, no I can't, they aren't open on weekends. Zero stars is too many for this center

I am very dissapointed this is the second time UPS has sent a package through shrewsbury MA and each time my package is late because no mater even if i pay for 2 day shipping it still sits there for two to three days before a departure scan. even if im already a day in its a waste of money and time.
I am very angry with UPS! I order live koi fish through the mail all the time. Mostly through another company, but twice they were delivered through UPS. Both times the driver dropped off the package at my front door without ringing the doorbell or knocking, to give me a heads up. This last time, the fish were cooking out in the sun for over an hour!!!! It wasn't until I rechecked the tracking number, when I realized they had already been delivered. I lost a few due to suffocation, and the water was burning them alive. The UPS customer service lady was very nice, but the drivers are idiots. Leaving live animals to bake in the sun!

This is the opposite of customer service. It is completely ironic that UPS goes to the trouble to post almost realtime delivery status/location online, raising customer anticipation - only to have an early delivery when a customer would want to praise UPS, be thwarted by an inflexible multi point shipping schedule written in stone - rather than encouraging self service pickup where possible.
