I have been going to Dr. Natt for several years and was really surprised to read the other (bad) reveiw. The office has always been warm and friendly and Dr. Natt's services have always been professional, very satisafactory, and appropriate. For specialized work she has referred me out-- for most work she performs it herself. She does not, like other dentists, recommend work that isnt' necessary. In fact I was told my another dentist that I needed additional gum surgery and by Dr. Natt that I did not.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as my experience in this office was less than professional to say the least. Unfortunately, I prematurely recommended this dentist prematurely.I was approached by the dentist office staff in a very rude and abrasive manner regarding insurance right in the waiting room. Bottom line they simply did not want my business and made it very clear. As far as my family , well lets just say the dentist Dr. Natt charged for a product not received. My sister in law paid for a crown and had a temp put on, Dr Natt could not fit the one that was ordered so my sister in law was told she would have to pay for another one.Unbelievable!!! This is the most unprofessional behavior and would discourage any of you to patronize this dentist office. Its only a matter of time before she will try to Screw YOU TOO!!!

Finally a dentist that doesn't hurt you. Dr Natt and her wonderful staff make going to the dentist a breeze.
