"CON, FRAUD, BAIT / SWITCH SCAM. To see how many times they pull this stunt take a look at their ebay feedback - just click on the number of negatives in the last 12 months. They are well versed in telling the buyer it's their computer's fault ! They offer the option of upgrade to expensive RAM or a refund ( with blackmail type demands for good feedback on ebay in order to get a refund) - refunds seem not to happen too quickly ( if at all) ! Utterly dishonest - they know it doesn't work but advertise as 100% good item. Then they say you have a 'unique fault' , then say it won't work in DELL & various others - it's your computer system which is at fault. Star rating .......No 0 stars... MINUS 20 at least ! - They couldn't possibly be WORSE - scamming, lying, cheating, con-artists !....Hey sue me if you can! YOU KNOW WHO I AM! ... It's all true and there are plenty of others to add credence to my comments. AVOID this company like the PLAGUE if you don't want to be robbed!

I would avoid doing business with this company. They don't make it easy to know which memory sticks work (no search function and no web site besides ebay. once you order the wrong memory then they force you to give positive feedback in order to receive the RMA for an "at cost" upgrade. Then they make you wait 4-5 more days after they receive your RMA shipment before they send the upgrade out! Oh but don't worry, if you haven't received your RAM within 13 days then they have a great email address you can send a nasty note to them through... don't bother calling, they have yet to answer the phone once!

Not recommended because memory does not work. Has 77 negative feedbacks on ebay in a month. Also known as Smile and Tango or smilentango and Durbaar. False advertising, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.Wants positive feedback if you want part of your money back. Be careful of bait-and-switch using "high-density" memory.
