We founded our practice to provide the best in physical therapy and sports medicine. When planning our business careful thought went into bringing cutting edge physical therapy technology and technique together with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Our location was selected as it provides easy freeway access from Simi Valley and The San Fernando Valley with plenty of free parking available and provides space to house our own location indoor pool. The same type of planning is reflected in our private treatment rooms where our patients always receive one on one therapy from our fully licensed professionals. The pilates studio at Sterling Physical Therapy is outfitted with the finest in equipment. Our spacious air conditioned gym provides a safe and clean environment complete with free weights and modern machines . Flat screen televisions, and personal audio stations are also provided so that you may enjoy the processes of over coming pain and injury.

Pilates Rehabilitation Our certified Pilates specialists combine non-impact exercises with land based training. All of our Pilates sessions are conducted on a one on one basis with a licensed professional. Pain Management We also exclusively feature the Redcord Neurac Treatment technique, challenging the interplay between muscles and those to strengthen to alleviate pain.
