Pretty depressing place to go. Prices are way off, the old timer behind the counter can not hear a unless your screaming in his face...witch you have to do to try to figure out what the price is or all the unmarked merchandise in his store! HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS!!!

Never go here if you want something for your coin(s). I went here and knew what the coin was, I told them four times what it was, I really did four times, ignored me, finally heard me and said it was only worth melt value, and nothing more. I went home found out in minutes it was worth over $500. Not helpful at all and rude to me and others.

Tried to sell some junk gold rings and chains for some cash and I ended up getting more than twice from a little kiosk in the mall. I'm just wondering if they realize there are other places interested in gold right now? Maybe they need to evaluate how they treat people!

Rude and disrespectful. Unwilling to help and wouldn't even acknowledge me. Pitiful.

I've purchase from this place for a number of years for no other reason than it was convenient. However, after the rude approach last night, I will never go back. There are other places in Sioux Falls and you can certainly order from other places in the country with much better pricing and results. I have been so stupid. Learn from mine and others mistakes, I guess.

I've never been treated so rudely in my life. I asked a simple question about the grading on some morgan silver dollars he had for sale. I asked if they were AU, BU, EF, VF, etc. He said to me, "buy a book and do your own research". He put the coins back in the case, turned his back on me, and refused to help. I couldn't believe it. I wanted to buy some coins from him and he refused to help me. I left the store in disbelief. How can this guy keep a store open?

Took my 1896S Barber quarter in to have him give me the value for insurance. He looked at it for 5 seconds and said it was a fake. I knew with my 20 years experience that it was not fake or altered coin. I sent it in to a reputable coin grading company and they verified its authenticity and grade. This is a $1400.00 coin and this so called coin dealer thought it was a fake. I will never set foot in his store again!

The people are nice until you begin to negotiate a fair price. They are way high on purchase prices and low on trade prices! Maybe they should get out of the mall and find a cheaper place to rent for a store front. They try and tell you that they are only making $10-30 per bullion coin, which is complete bull. Gold was at $1120/oz and they wanted $1250 for a 1oz gold eagle. A gentleman came in to sell some eagles to them and they gave him $10 more than the gold value of the coin ($1130)! $1250 - $1130 = $120 profit! Maybe the people working there do not understand math or maybe they hope their customers do not understand the value of what they are buying/selling. Go check them out and you will surely see what I am talking about, if you understand the value of bullion coins that is.

Very nice location. Not often do you see a coin shop in a mall. Great selection and very helpful employees.

What a joke. Store front in a mall - no wonder their prices are high and they rip people off who want to sell stuff. Went to the other local shop and was much happier and got $140 more for my same coins !! I guess location is important but expensive. My friends warned me, should have listened. Shop around there are better out there.
