I have been to Spa 2000 already 5 times just for their amazing body wraps. Everything about the facility is great, including their staff.

I recently went to Spa 2000 and got my hair colored, Brandi did such a wonderful job. It was a very relaxing experience.

The hot stone massage that I received the last time I was at Spa 2000 was absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed my time there and look forward to going again.

It is always such a treat when I get a gift certificate for this place it is the absolute best. It is very quiet and relaxing and I just love it. The staff are very professional and very good at what they do.

I find Spa 2000 a very relaxing place. I love the body wrap and the hot stone massage, I could have fallen asleep. Everyone there is very nice to talk with as well.

Melissa is a great massage therapist at Spa 2000. She gave me the most amazing shoulder massage I have ever had.

The atmosphere at Spa 2000 is very relaxing. They recently did some remodeling and the place looks lovely. They have the best pedicure room, it has the tiled seats and a wonderful view of Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls.

I got the best massage that I've ever had at Spa 2000!

I visited Sioux Falls recently for the first time and called salons in advance to inquire about various services , pricing, etc. Based on the information I was given at Spa 2000, i scheduled appointments for a manicure and pedicure. After the pedicure began, I noticed that the pedicurist was not doing what I understood we had agreed upon. When I asked to speak to the manager, she informed me that the person who scheduled the appointment was new and didn't know all the prices. I was surprised at this answer and expressed my un-happiness at this response. The manager then asked me what she would need to do to make me happy (with a attitude). I replied that I would hope that they would keep their word and honor the agreed upon price. The rest of the manicure and pedicure was mediocre with minimal effort made to treat me as a valued customer. The prices were rather high to begin with and in the end I was still overcharged. Definately not worth the hassle, rudeness or the price.

The waiting room was not relaxing, as workers walked in and out and the chairs were very uncomfortable and other guests also were present. Sitting in robes,therefor was very uncomfortable. We had more than one procedure done. The massage was good. My glycolic peel was okay, but the cosmetologist seemed very unconcerned when I told her 3 times it was getting in the corner of my eyes. It also ran down my back neck and was never wiped off. My daughter had a contour body wrap...she enjoyed it. But was disappointed when they told her she could not shower for 8 hours afterwards!!! We should have been informed of this WHEN we made our appointment!! We had plans that evening and she was very upset she could not shower...The pedicures were good, but when we asked if we could choose a color on the rack of polishes for sale, we were told only if we wanted to purchase them!! Not cool!!

This Spa is not only beautifully decorated with rich colors but they treat you like a queen. I was very pleased with my services and will be going back

The atmosphere is the warmest I've seen, not cold & medical like. The staff is inviting & very friendly. The massage is the best in town, and my facial was awesome. I love that you can watch out the windows for your pedicure. It is a top notch spa & the prices are perfect for the quality of spa that it is. I will return!
