I went here with my son who barely got thru the door and the lady behind the counter was pointing and shouting very rudely that children should really not be in here and he needs to be close. She was very loud and did not smile. Also when I called about a particular product the man on the phone was rude and short. Simply hung up.

Just called about a Vera bag whoever answered was short and rude, and when they no longer had what I was looking for (understandable) simply hung up!!! No we have other styles or Thank You for checking with us.

I shopped in this store when they were located in Aberdeen and was so sorry to see them move....I still continue to do business with them....I live 150 miles away and they are always very helpful and ready to send my purchases to me.....Sioux Falls, you are fortunate to have them locate there!!!

I shopped here today, and it wasn't as bad as it's been all the other times I visited this store. In the past there was an employee who hung on me and brought me a basket when I didn't even need it! Every time I stopped in they made me feel like a criminal!!! Then I even felt like one!!!!! I do alot of spur of the moment spending [ugh} and would love to spend more time checking things out I could use, and I know I would buy alot more if they gave me time and didn't make me feel so terrible!!!!! Now I only shop there 1-2 times a year!!!! Williams Sonoma in Mpls here I come. Sorry.

Treasures From The Heart is a fabulous store! But the service is TERRIBLE especially when kids are around. One of the workers made a little girl cry because she took a Vera Bradley off the shelf to look at it!! it was very rude.

I will not go back again. I was there today. The store is so crammed full I could hardly get through with my child in a car seat. Another woman and I were looking at the Vera Bradley items near the cash register. One of the employees was helping the woman shopping near me. In a matter of 5 minutes another employee pushed her way past me three times to return items to the shelf. She did not say excuse me or sorry after pushing me out of the way. I left and ordered what I wanted off the Vera Bradley website. I am a huge supporter of local business but I will NOT spend my money in this store!

I was just in the store today, bought over $1,200.00 in pans to come home and find the same pans For $400.00 cheaper. The store itself was full of great kitchen items, but $400.00 difference!!! That is just to much for me.I was even willing to keep the pans if they would honer the price even split the difference to keep the money in town. Lets just say the women was more then upset I wanted to return the pans. I will only be returning to this store to make my return and save $400.00. All I can say is what a joke...

I love this store! It has a great selection of various kitchen items, cookbooks, recipe cards, purses, flags, etc.. There are always new things to look at that make me keep coming back. I would recommend stopping and checking it out!

Treasures From The Heart is a fabulous place to shop. They have a great selection of Vera Bradley purses and many many kitchen items. I will be returning soon!

I have had a great time at this store. It has a great amount of inventory and the sales staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have purchased many kitchen supplies and will return there to shop soon.

Great selection! But like others have said, bad hours and even worse employees! They ask you if you need any help and when you say no, they decide to "help" anyways. In other words, they shove stuff you're not looking for in your face until you're so uncomfortable you leave. They are also very paranoid when kids are around. I brought my daughter in once and we were looking at different Vera Bradley backpacks for her. She's 8 and she slid one out a little bit to see the pattern. The employee jumps into action and says, "You don't need to pull anything out. Leave those there." I immediately left. I love the products but can't stand the service.

I love this store - but their hours are terrible..... working people that want to shop in the evening don't have much of a chance.....

Treasures from the Heart carry wonderful items in their store from kitchen goodies to the entire Vera Bradley collection. It is a great store BUT they watch you like a hawk with everything you touch and won't leave you alone to shop. I get uncomfortable shopping there. They have three signs on their front door posted in an unfriendly way to basically tell you if you break it you buy it, don't even think about eating or drinking and watch your kids closely. They need to loosen up, greet customers but not hover over them and make the shopping experience more enjoyable.
