I've been here many times since I was younger and coming with my mom. Now I am older and have been coming here on my own. I've noticed they are VERY slow to help you. Usually I wait at least 45 mins before I even go into a room to be seen and then another 30 mins at least before I see anyone. Today is my final visit because of the poor quality of this place. I have been here almost 2 hours and when I finally see someone, it's not even the doctor. It's a nurse in training who doesn't seem like she knows much. After waiting for almost 2 hours to be seen she tells me they are just going to prescribe me a stronger cough suppressent after I've had a very bad cough for almost a month. Such a waste of my time. I drove 40 mins just to sit here almost 2 hours to hear that I am not going to get anything to really help. I rather go to the store and buy something over the counter than buy an outrageously expensive cough medicine from them. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I will never visit this place again after today.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carla Neal-Haley for several years. She is knowledgeable about internal medicine, but her bedside manners, the amount of time she spends with patients and her attitude sucks. Over the years, I have seen her transition from a calm, knowledgable and caring doctor to a very short tempered, overwhelmed at all times, yet still knowledgeable doctor who rushes patients in and out of appointments (even though you wait at least 30-45 minutes or longer to see her), or simply doesn't come in to the appointment and you are seen by her nurse practitioner, Christine. In addition, her office staff is not friendly and often seem just as annoyed as she does. I have been trying not to switch over to a new doctor because I believe in loyalty, but I'm tired of leaving her office feeling like my concerns weren't fully heard and I'm not even sure if the medications or treatment plan that was provided to me will work because during the limited time that was spent during my office visit. They have rubbed me the wrong way for the last time and I will be leaving this Dr's office as soon as I find a new one.
