4We needed new carpeting to replace what we had for over ten years. Within 7 days we had visited the store, the installer came over to measure, they ordered the carpet and had it fully installed. I found them to be very fair with pricing and extremely good at installing the carpet. thank you!
I can't speak for Matt's complaint about Perfect Floors but I have nothing but good things to say about Ron (or RON) and the way they handle my order. I was referred by a few of my neighbors to go to Perfect Floors after I told them I wanted to get new carpet in my great room, bedrooms and stairs. I had been to Lowe's where the service was spotty at best but I did see a carpet I like'd. Ron was able to get me that carpet I saw and ended up saving me a little money. I know everyone's experience can be different but give Ron and his family(works with his son, brother and wife) a shot before you dismiss them.

I payed cash for all the flooring in my new house I built. They will tell you anything to get you to buy from them. 1.5 years later the carpet in the whole house is buckling. After calling them many times over 4 months and each time they said they would call me back and of course they never did. To make a long story short After 4 months they sent some one out to fix the carpet and he did a great job. After dealing with the owner of the South Lyon store and the way he treated me is the reason I'm writing this, He thought I would just give up and go away, but you were wrong RON
P.S. just a tip from a business man my self word of mouth is everything!
