Isla tour (miss Hilda - manager) is the unethical and greedy company i have seen by far. Me and my family reserved the evening tour on phone the previous day. When we arrived 13 mins before the tour time at the ticket booth, they informed us that they are over booked and it is completely full. Although I saw them selling tickets to lots of customer in front of me.
What it means is they sell your seats to someone else. Manager (miss hilda) informed me to apply for refund from paypal. When i did that, they did not reply. After a month, paypal announced the case in my favor and returned me my money. When i was in office with her, i also overheard her talking to someone to run the boat on one engine (Not sure what it means).
