This company is the biggest rip off!! They quoted me $700 to take down a tree, they never mentioned the stump. When I came home they cut down the tree but left the stump. When I asked about it, the owner just laughed and told me that it was another $180. Absolutely Ridiculous!! So unprofessional! Do NOT use them!! They purposely misquoted me! Worst experience!!!

While the crew came out and did a decent job on a large maple tree near power lines, I paid in full and it's been over 3 weeks and they have yet to come back to grind the stump. I've called a number of times, but they haven't provided the best customer service. When I spoke to the owner yesterday, he stated that the recent storm has kept him busy and will not pass up more expensive work to come back and finish my job, which as I stated I fully paid for already. Not good business practices if you asked me. It's a shame b/c they seemed like professional people and completed the first 1/2 of the job in a quality manner. I would stay away from this place given his statement on taking new more lucrative customers first, while putting current fully paid up customers on the back burner.

Professional, right price, knowledgeable arborist - Bob - came out for the on site estimate. On the day of the work, removed 2 trees, pruning around roof, efficient, great cleanup. Seemed like a smooth working crew with Bob Madden there as well, I'd definitely use Madden Tree again-highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Madden Tree Service. They cut down and removed 4 trees and also grinded the stumps. The arborist came and inspected the trees and was there on the job. I think they did a great job and would use them again!! Great company to deal with from start to finish.

The Madden Tree crew handled the job very professionally. I truly felt Iike I had hired the pros in the business. Very nice, very affordable. Professional job done on a tricky tree growing over my house. Not one branch touched the house! Also did a great job thinning out my maple trees, with free tree care advice to help my healthy trees stay that way! Professioinal, friendly service, at a good price!

Great jog removing a large maple. No damage to my fance or yard. The arborist was on site the whole time and the crew really seemed to know what they were doing. I recommend Madden Tree to anyone.
