I have been a customer of All Cape Maytag since the early 2000's. I have consistently received professional advice and service when selecting my appliances. The staff has been courteous, helpful and knowledgeable as well. Any issues with the appliances are quickly addressed [they are few and far between]. I have even contacted the service dept. for appliances purchased elsewhere and have been completely satisfied. Support the local merchandiser.

Go to this place, great service. I bought several appliances from this store years ago and just went back to buy from them again for my new house. The last time I could not figure out the simple task of changing the water filter, called them and the owner came over the house to check it out for us. Who does that? They do. Other than that I had no problems with their products. Great service from a local business. As for that bad review I just read....well my opinion is that some people are just a bit different than Cape people. They need to chill out. :)

Because I like to try to support local businesses, I gave All Cape Appliance a second chance after a bad experience with their service dept. I regret that decision and will never again make the mistake of making a purchase here or calling for service. They are rude and dishonest and definitely don't seem to be looking for any repeat customers.

I recently purchased an appliance from All Cape Maytag and I can not tell you how blown away I was by the rudeness of everyone associated with this place. The man who was showing us the appliances had zero personality and seemed like he was in some big rush and had so much stuff going on. He made us feel like a huge inconvenience to him for entering into his store and like we were not important at all. I had to call several more times during this process and the girl on the phone is just as bad. No personality at all and so quick to cut me off mid sentence and say "can I put you on hold please" before I could even answer I heard the hold music. This place is a complete joke, I am so upset that I ever gave them my business but I was in a really bad situation and needed this appliance. Do not go here if you want a friendly environment. I used to live in NYC and people there were more friendly than the workers at this place.
