I went into what looked like an abandoned building about to fall off it's foundation only to be shocked by what I found. The gentleman behind the desk was very rude, condescending and down right mean. As I asked about granite prices he breezed over my question only to be little me and tell me how great his company was and that he does 90% of all of the banks granite in the area. Also almost all of the granite in the million dollars homes in the area. If the business is doing so well why doesn't he put a little money back into it? I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

My kitchen has been a mess since they delivered several pcs. (3 slabs) fabricated for my lg. kitchen COMPLETELY does not match & DEFINITELY was not the slabs I chose (when they left for the day they took my center island & breakfast bar surfaces). Prior to the demolition of my previous kitchen I had a elec. cooktop as well as a gas grill, a kitchen sink & functional dishwasher. Since 11/27/06-no cooking surfaces, no functional sink & dishwasher, an open cabinet where my center island use to have a surface as well as no breakfast bar surface, They are NOT accepting responsibility whatsoever for any of this, telling me unless I give them $$$$(above & beyond contract) they are not going to correct it. How they fabricated it...attempts to try to fill in with a substance that appears to be sometime of putty/glue? They did offer me to come to pick out more stone "from their scrap yard"...I didn't pay over 7K for scraps but a beautiful kit. I have yet to see 60 + days later & still waiting.
