For 5 years, I patronized this business, because I felt it important to support local library groups. I have always donated money well beyond the value of my purchase there, as i believe it important to support library groups.I own several thousand books myself, and am well acquainted with book stores in general. In addition, I now own a business of my own in which I sell rare books, and so, I am knowledgeable about what it takes to be successful.I will no longer do so. They have become rude and inconsistent in how they deal with customers. I have been calling them trying to shop there and give them my money. They have either berated me because I did not do it on their schedule or let it be known that they were not interested. I will recommend a store that I have no personal investment in, yet believe them to be exemplary in customer services and business etiquette: Deez Beez in Hillsborough, Virginia.
