Provided by DexKnowsDr. Warren Whalen, the veterinarian at the Animal Care Center in Spearfish, SD shows such sincere concern for my pets, provides support to my family and me and overall is so knowledgeable, kind and caring. This doctor not only hugged me as I cried in his office when he explained to me the dire prognosis of my precious cat, showed such kind support during and after the euthanasia procedure and followed up with a personal, handwritten sympathy note. This is the kind of vet I wish every pet owner had the chance to have serve them and their four-legged family members. Dr. Whalen also postponed skiing with his young daughter on a Sunday to look into why our black lab had a fire-red ear and a fever. He truly goes the extra mile for his customers!
