Behavior Management Systems is a mental health center devoted to serving the needs of patients throughout Western South Dakota. Since our doors opened in 1948 by Dr. Thomas Fox, our team has utilized the latest and most-effective treatments available, improving our community and the lives of our patients. Today we have expanded to include comprehensive and effective mental health treatments for more than 9,000 patients throughout the entire area. Our team of staff counselors areavailable to address a wider range of issues and challenges with sensitivity, determination and respect. Our services include: Major mental illness Individual outpatient counseling Group outpatient counseling Adult counseling groups Children and teen counseling groups Employee assistance programs, workshops, seminars and corporate trainings We also provide family outreach programs, for families facing a loss or crisis. Our available programs also include a substance abuse treatment and prevention for pregnant women. Full Circle is a residential program aimed at helping mothers battling addiction or a mental illness establish a healthy and loving atmosphere for their child. That program is located in Rapid City. They have at least on e very odd and seemingly uneducated child counselor- her name is Carmen and I am very disappointed. I felt like I took my child to a psychic who was just guessing random behaviors that had nothing to do with my child's personality traits. She also basically plays board games with them for 45 minutes of each meeting. Really not impressed.
