Achieve Spokane Physical Therapy is located at 3010 S SE Blvd., Spokane, WA 99223 , in the South Hill Family Medicine Building. We are in the lower level in Suite F. 1. When you come in for the first time, we will help you complete some forms so we can bill your insurance company for your services. We accept almost all insurance plans and we have special rates for private pay clients. 2. Each patient is evaluated before treatment begins. Evaluation includes measurements for strength and range of motion as well as history related to the injury. 3. Once we have a functional diagnosis, we decide on a treatment plan that may include phonophoresis, massage, or various electrical stimulation devices. 4. Once your pain is controlled, our client will start exercising to regain strength and flexibility. 5. And finally, a home exercise
