      Stay away from this rip off company. They charged me over $500 to rebuild a toilet I have in my home and the total parts at Lowe's is $9.30. They completed everything is less than an hour. Unbelievable trying to take advantage of senior citizens like this. I had the exact same work done on the exact toilet set up in another bathroom about two weeks later and that company charged me $278 to the exact (i mean EXACT) same work. They rebuilt this toilet and did it in about the same amount of time. I sent feedback to Franks website and guess who called back. Of course, nobody. For a company that has a motto of "Our Golden Rule is value", I would think that my need some revamping unless GOLD is the key word for themselves. Such a shame in these crazy days and times, that there are really companies out there trying to take advantage of consumers like myself.

      I read the reviews on this company and since they were close to our house and seemed reputable, I would give them a shot. What a JOKE! Our hot water heater wouldnt stay lit so the tech walked out to the water heater and said "well, did you call the company on the water heater?" I looked at him and said "no, do I have to use them?" and he said "no". What a strange question since I was the one who called him in the first place. So then the guy hits the start button and says "well, it lit so if it doesnt stay lit you will have to buy a new one". (it went out 10 minutes later which is the REASON I CALLED) So then he charges us $112...WHAT??? The trip charge is $48.50 but charges us $60 to hit the Start button. WOW..thats unacceptable. So, I called TWICE and finally got the "Service Manager" (HA) on the phone who is not very nice and says "well thats what we charge to start your water heater". I argued with him saying "you charge SIXTY dollars to hit ONE button?!" He finally agreed to give me a refund on the $60. Its just a shame that I try to use a local company and get screwed. Unbelievable and has taught me a good lesson.
