I was Forced to use this company through my home warranty. The part had to be ordered took over 2 weeks for part to come in and be installed, During the repair, the Tech broke the oven door, then proceed to lie about it and claim the oven door never closed right to begin with. Then it took 2 more weeks for them to fix the door. Simple oven repair of the thermostat has taken just less than 1 month to complete. I called to express the unsatisfactory service and they were not apologetic and then proceeded to explain how they were not at fault for the poor service. This company is a Joke! The final service is yet to be completed, I'll keep you posted on this train wreck.

Part had to be ordered threw the warranty Co. Part was on back order which was explained to Damon not only by us but also by the warranty co. the hinges on the door were already warn out and broke when the door was removed. hinges were then ordered and everything was fixed promptly. As for the time it took to fix.... we have (by contract) to use the warranty Co. to obtain parts. If a Part is on back order (by contract) there is nothing we can do, It is up to the warranty Co. to remedy this issue. The entire repair from start to finish took 18 days to complete.

I used my home warranty American home shield for a simple dryer repair, AHS sent out A&L Appliances repair the tech's Name was Ben and he indicated that he would order the part last Friday 4/8/16 it would be in early this week and he could finish the repair after waiting all week on them I called the office yesterday 4/14/2016 and left three messages No response , fourth try I got Sarah she said she would talk to Ben and we'll get right back to me with a tracking # and date when they could come back to finish & that she would call back with the tracking number but she never did so I called again today twice and got no explanation except for the fact she tried to tell me that she had been sick the day before and wasn't at work but she had taken my call I asked to talk to the repairman she said he wasn't available I asked for the owner, she said he too was unavailable and she refused to give me the owners name I had to repeatedly ask to leave a message for owner,dryer still not working
