They rarely answer the phone and when they do The receptionist puts you on hold for up to 20 minutes. I just left my contact information and it's been over an hour and no phone call from the receptionist to schedule an appointment. I am sick and I need to see a dr. I guess I'll go somewhere else. I went to Dr Cooper for 20 years. Not the same professional caring staff as when Dr Cooper and Toni were there.

The staff at FirstCare-West Springdale is great. Both doctors are very caring and will answer any questions a patient has regardless of how long it may take. Appointments can be made promptly, at the last minute, if needed or well in advance.
